These terms cover the public website and its market data only. Brokerage accounts and trading services are governed by their own account-opening documents and agreements, which prevail over these terms for those services.

The prices, fundamentals, screens, lists, guides and commentary on this site are provided for education and research. They are not investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”: we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and data can be delayed, revised or contain errors, as the Disclaimer describes. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, and may update these terms; the version published here applies from the date it is posted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BSL is not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects the regulatory obligations we owe our brokerage clients.
