AHL - Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) for Election of Directors

🗳️ Management Change · AHL Arif Habib Limited has announced an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) for the election of directors, scheduled for October 28, 2026. Seven directors will be up for re-election, all of whom are currently serving and eligible to continue their terms.

• The EOGM will take place at 10:00 a.m. in Karachi.
• Directors eligible for re-election include Mr. Zafar Alam, Mr. Muhammad Shahid Ali, Mr. Muhammad Sohail Salat, Mr. Muhammad Irfan Moton, Mr. Alamgir A Shaikh, Ms. Sharmin Shahid, and Mr. Aamir Hafeez.
• The Share Transfer Books will be closed from October 21 to October 28, 2026, inclusive.
• Transfers received by October 16, 2026, will be considered for voting entitlement at the meeting.
