Business description, governance, and corporate information
SPEL Limited (formerly Synthetic Products Enterprises Limited), was incorporated in Pakistan on 16 May 1982 as a private limited company. The Company converted into public limited company on 21 July 2008 and subsequently listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange on 10 February 2015.The Company is principally engaged in the manufacturing and sale of plastic auto parts, plastic packaging for food and FMCG industry and moulds & dies.
