Pak Qatar General Takaful Limited (the Company) was incorporated in Pakistan as an unquoted public company limited by shares on March 15, 2006 under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now the Companies Act, 2017). The Company received Certificate of Registration on August 16, 2007 under Section 6 of the Insurance Ordinance, 2000. The main activity of the Company is to undertake general takaful business.
